Main Purpose of the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead customer-facing projects from pre-sales through to service transition. Your focus will be ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting KPIs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers’ digital transformation, helping them empower employees, delight customers, and prepare for the future with cutting-edge solutions.

Scope of Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage high-value, complex, or high-priority projects while delivering an exceptional transition experience. Maintain high project satisfaction ratings in post-project customer feedback questionnaires.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to provide bid responses, project plans, and presentations, supporting the transition from contract award to project initiation.
- Service Transition: Ensure seamless transitions into the Service Desk and Intelligent Managed Service, including operational acceptance testing and support alarming configurations for Enterprise customers.
- Methodology: Deliver multiple concurrent projects adhering to the internal PM Methodology.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on project management standards and methodologies, including Prince2, Agile, and APMP. Support the Project Office in adopting these methodologies when needed.
- Technology Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our solutions, with a focus on technologies such as Avaya Red/Blue and Enghouse.
- Reporting: Regularly update project tracking tools, including SalesForce, Teams, and the Project Dashboard.
- Project Finance: Take accountability for overall project profit and loss (P&L), including cost control, invoicing records, and financial updates in SalesForce.

- Technical Profile: Significant experience in Project Management, ideally in telephony-based projects (Avaya Red/Blue). Proven ability to deliver complex projects on budget and on time. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, and APMP.
