About the role
As Finance Systems Manager, you will lead the team responsible for IG's financial reconciliation and treasury systems, with particular ownership of the AutoRek platform. - Safeguard the financial controls and regulatory compliance that underpin IG's operations, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
- Own key vendor relationships, leading technical discussions, system upgrades, and build strong partnerships with Finance and Operations leadership.
- Drive transformation across the estate - including automation and process-optimisation opportunities - while maintaining deep technical involvement in system configuration and performance tuning.
- Support project delivery by coordinating resources and timelines for system implementations, partnering with project and product managers while personally leading critical technical workstreams.

- Strong technical skills, including SQL proficiency and system integration and configuration experience, with the ability to personally troubleshoot complex reconciliation and system issues.
- A track record as a working manager who leads by example and participates directly in technical delivery and problem resolution.
