Location: Remote role with travel to project sites and trips to the office near Leeds
Salary: £50-55k + £5k car

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of critical building systems. You will work closely with estimators and project teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of key building systems, including:
- Water, gas, and electricity supplies
- Lighting, heating, and air-conditioning
- ICT and security systems
- Lifts, escalators, and sprinkler systems
- Coordinate design processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Perform value engineering to maximize profitability.
- Ensure installations comply with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Test and inspect systems during and after installation.
- Present progress reports and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Advise clients on operational processes post-installation.
- Support environmental initiatives by minimizing energy waste.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and coordination.
- Experience reviewing installation plans and ensuring project specifications are met.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and building standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency with relevant design software.
Qualifications:
- Industry-recognized Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
- Proven design and coordination experience in the building services sector.
