IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a high-growth global workspace technology company. Due to extensive growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager for EMEA

We are only looking for technically minded individuals who come from workplace solution backgrounds. The purpose of the role is to focus on account relations and growth.

Reporting to the COO, this strategic technical account manager requires relevant tech/SaaS sector experience to join the EMEA team. You will partner with the customers, helping them too fully utilize solutions and ensuring they have the best experience of and delivering planned revenue growth. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a forward-thinking, client-focused organisation working with fantastic customers.

A few of the Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales and revenue projection
  • Develop and implement the original sales-owned account plans
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
  • Work with the presales (engineering) team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through a new service line based on mapping client requests.
  • As required, support the sales team with materials, presentations etc to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts.

A few Key Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a Global organization.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles including pre-sales,
  • Experience in selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology.
