Criminal Litigation Solicitor Position Overview
You will manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high‐performing team.
Key Responsibilities Of The Criminal Litigation Solicitor
- Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates and Crown Courts
- Prepare and manage criminal defence cases from instruction through to trial
- Advise clients on a broad range of criminal law matters, including serious crime
