About The Firm: Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised firm with an established reputation across criminal and civil litigation. The wider Dispute Resolution Department offers a full range of services including commercial disputes, criminal fraud, regulatory and sanctions.
Civil Litigation Solicitor Position Overview: As a Litigation Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of civil matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Of The Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- You will manage complex disputes, often with an international high value or specialised focus on commercial fraud, complex property or reputation management.
- You will act for a range of clients including multinational corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals through pre-action protocols, mediation and high court litigation.
