This is your chance to work with some of the UK’s top architects, engineers, housebuilders, and industry influencers, increasing specification and raising awareness of our innovative solutions, including the game-changing Hi-therm+ and our standout Brick Slip product.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key player in our specification team, you’ll:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with leading architects, developers, specifiers, energy assessors, and industry bodies.
  • Partner with the National Specification Manager to engage top-tier national housebuilders and their technical teams.
  • Drive product specification by positioning Hi-therm+ as the go-to solution for Building Regulation compliance.
  • Develop and deliver impactful CPD presentations, with a focus on Brick Slip in the South East.
  • Unearth new business opportunities and nurture existing connections, even with those not yet using our products.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with accurate project records and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to maximise every opportunity.
  • Attend key industry events – some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel required.
