Responsibilities

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels
  • Provide insights on customer acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies with data analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaign performance
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self‑service
  • Be the point of contact for all data related questions on Marketing and have full ownership of the domain area

Qualifications

  • Extensive background in analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data pipelines (tools like DBT, Airflow)
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (GA, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc.)
  • Experience running A/B tests and creating marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively and influence decision‑making using insights
  • Experience working with visualization tools (Looker)
