Job Title: Paid Search and App Marketing Manager (3 month contract)

What’s the role?
We need a highly analytical, data‑driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale the paid search channel for the UK & Ireland, managing a large budget, building and optimising campaigns, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and other platforms (e.g. Apple Search Ads).
- Monitor and optimise performance to cost‑per‑acquisition that reflects client lifetime value.
- Orchestrate and run geo‑experiments to validate incrementality.
- Work closely with SEO to develop a holistic approach to search to maximise click share.
- Identify and test growth opportunities to continuously scale new client acquisition.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and its impact on search.
- Develop and embed AI agents to automate workflows and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable background managing and scaling paid search in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics4, Search Ads360 and Campaign Manager360.
- Good understanding of click‑tracking methodologies and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of attribution models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience or knowledge of Funnel.io, Adthena and Squared.io is advantageous.
This is a 3 month contract position inside IR35.
