IG has been at the centre of retail trading and investment since 1974, when we helped create the market for financial spread betting. Today, we’re a FTSE 100 fintech operating across five continents, serving over 700,000 clients and handling billions in transactions, built on decades of scale, trust and proof. We didn’t pivot to innovation; it’s how we’ve always operated. What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that’s rare in established businesses. The bar is high. Bring a curious and forward‑thinking mindset and we’ll give you the platform to define what comes next. Join us at IG – the future gets built here.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the IG Prime marketing team. This is a senior individual‑contributor role with ownership across campaign strategy, demand generation, and integrated programme execution. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the wider marketing team, and sales leadership to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, build brand visibility, and support commercial growth across our target markets. This role is well‑suited to someone who thinks strategically, executes with rigour, and can operate effectively across a lean, internationally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns — from strategy and brief through to delivery, performance reporting, and iteration.
  • Develop and run account‑based marketing (ABM) programmes targeting priority segments, working in close alignment with the digital marketer and sales team to influence pipeline and accelerate deal progression.
  • Lead demand generation activity across relevant channels — including email, digital, events, and content — with accountability for MQL quality and funnel contribution.
  • Partner with sales as a strategic peer: develop sales enablement materials, support outreach programmes, and ensure marketing activity is directly tied to commercial priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external creative, content, and digital agencies — including briefing, quality control, and budget management.
  • Own performance measurement: track campaign results, compile regular reporting, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy for key product initiatives, audience segments, and target markets.
  • Manage marketing project workflows.
  • Work with brand specialist to maintain brand consistency across all materials and uphold IG Prime's positioning in all external‑facing communications.
  • Support the Head of Marketing on ad hoc strategic projects as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong preference for financial services, fintech, or institutional/professional services backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated experience running integrated demand generation or ABM programmes with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong grasp of the B2B buyer journey and how to build campaigns that engage sophisticated, senior audiences (C‑suite, investment professionals).
  • Experience managing agencies and overseeing creative and content production processes.
  • Analytical approach: comfortable working with campaign data and translating performance metrics into clear insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to operate independently and influence across functions.
  • Experience working across distributed, international teams.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Professional development opportunities within a global financial services leader.
  • Modern office environment in London.
  • Opportunity to work with international teams and shape marketing for a growing institutional brand.
  • Flexible working arrangements within office‑based structure.
