What you’ll do
- Strategic Initiatives – Lead and project‑manage high‑priority initiatives such as new product launches, growth programmes and business transformation workstreams; conduct rigorous analysis (market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business case development) and translate objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners and accountability frameworks.
- Sales Acceleration – Partner with the sales leadership team to design and drive sales acceleration programmes, including go‑to‑market strategy, pipeline analytics and client coverage optimisation; develop and maintain performance frameworks and dashboards to track commercial KPIs.
- Operational Alignment – Act as the key interface between product, technology and the business; ensure roadmap priorities align with commercial objectives and manage dependencies; facilitate cross‑functional forums, resolve escalations and deliver operational rigor across teams; identify structural or process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
- Management & CEO Reporting – Prepare high‑quality materials for ExCo, Board and CEO‑level audiences (strategic updates, business reviews, investor briefings); coordinate and drive the annual and quarterly planning cycle and support the COO / Chief of Staff in managing the leadership agenda.
Experience & Background
- 3–6 years of experience, ideally at a senior level in strategy consulting (manager or equivalent).
- 3–6 years of experience in capital markets, financial services or closely adjacent sector (direct industry experience or consulting engagements).
- Proven track record of owning complex, multi‑stakeholder workstreams end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities; comfortable building business cases, financial models and executive presentations from scratch.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication: ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and gravitas to operate credibly with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Self‑starter with high initiative; able to prioritise effectively and act swiftly without extensive direction.
- Collaborative team player genuinely interested in building something – not just advising.
