IG Group is seeking a Transformation Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract to partner with ExCo and lead a company-wide transformation spanning technology modernisation, AI adoption and operating model change. The PMO will be the nerve centre, providing visibility on progress, benefits, risks and dependencies.
You will build and lead a high-calibre PMO, manage stakeholders, and drive coherent delivery across initiatives while maintaining focus on benefits realisation and pace.
