At IG, the high bar is set – we invite curious, forward‑thinking individuals to shape what comes next.

What you’ll do

  • Sales Acceleration – Partner with the sales leadership team to design and drive sales acceleration programmes, including go‑to‑market strategy, pipeline analytics and client coverage optimisation; develop and maintain performance frameworks and dashboards to track commercial KPIs.
  • Operational Alignment – Act as the key interface between product, technology and the business; ensure roadmap priorities align with commercial objectives and manage dependencies; facilitate cross‑functional forums, resolve escalations and deliver operational rigor across teams; identify structural or process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Management & CEO Reporting – Prepare high‑quality materials for ExCo, Board and CEO‑level audiences (strategic updates, business reviews, investor briefings); coordinate and drive the annual and quarterly planning cycle and support the COO / Chief of Staff in managing the leadership agenda.

Experience & Background

  • 3–6 years of experience, ideally at a senior level in strategy consulting (manager or equivalent).
  • 3–6 years of experience in capital markets, financial services or closely adjacent sector (direct industry experience or consulting engagements).
  • Proven track record of owning complex, multi‑stakeholder workstreams end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities; comfortable building business cases, financial models and executive presentations from scratch.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication: ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and gravitas to operate credibly with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Self‑starter with high initiative; able to prioritise effectively and act swiftly without extensive direction.
