Your role in the Team\’s Success
We are seeking an AEM Editor/Specialist with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 to support our content operations and web publishing workflows. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to build, edit, and manage pages within AEM while maintaining consistency and ensuring best practices for UX, SEO, and CRO
What you\’ll do

  • Create, edit, and publish content in AEM 6.5 using templates and components
  • Upload, manage, and optimise digital assets within AEM DAM
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM authoring issues, broken links, and component-related challenges
  • Ensure content is mobile-responsive and meets accessibility standards
  • Implement metadata, tagging, and SEO best practices within the AEM environment
  • Support content population for new site sections or campaign launches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend AEM authoring solutions aligned with design and content goals
  • Provide QA for pages before publishing

What you\’ll need for this role

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 as an author/editor or content specialist
  • Proficiency in working with AEM templates, components, workflows, and page creation
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management within AEM
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light troubleshooting within AEM (no heavy development expected)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in ensuring content accessibility and SEO best practices within AEM (desired but not required)
  • Experience with personalisation and testing tools (Optimizely) (desired but not required)
