This is a unique opportunity to support the Group FP&A team with understanding how our divisions perform and gives exposure to how end-to-end business processes really work and how IG creates inspiring experiences for our clients**Your role in the Team*** The Group FPnA team at IG are responsible for consolidation of IG Group’s financials and responsible for providing the CEO and CFO with the outlook of the group’s performance. The team also support the company leadership with long term planning, budgeting and analysing performance of key initiatives.* You will be responsible for supporting the Group FPnA team with building robust and accurate outlook, understanding drivers of group performance and supporting internal and external reporting.**What you’ll do*** Take an active role in the automation of data inputs and design of new reporting solutions* Support regular performance reporting and analyse drivers of analysis* Support budget, long term planning and quarterly forecasting with insights and data* Work with divisional finance partners to understand drivers of variance and build performance models.While there are many profiles of people who work at IG – across all roles, we’re looking for a few common traits:* You are curious about our product and the technology that sits behind it* You care about our clients, and you are hungry to improve their user experience;* You are impatient about driving change and willing to deliver at pace* You are not afraid of the complexity of financial regulation and want to learn & grow your expertise* You are a creative problem solver capable of innovating and thinking big.We don’t fit the corporate stereotype.
