Your role in the Team’s Success
Analyse and monitor key business performance metrics to drive commercial decision-making and optimise business operations across IG's UK business. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Track and analyse key business drivers and performance metrics at frequent cadences
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor critical business KPIs
- Identify opportunities to optimise commercial levers within the UK business
- Analyse trends in customer behavior, revenue streams, and operational efficiency
- Provide insights on factors influencing business performance
- Collaborate with product, finance, and leadership teams to establish meaningful metrics
- Generate regular reports and presentations on business performance for stakeholders
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes
What You’ll Need For This Role
- Experience in business intelligence or commercial performance analysis
- Strong understanding of business metrics and commercial drivers
- Ability to identify and track the most impactful performance indicators
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau or Looker)
