What Youâll Do
- Analyse marketing data to drive insights, optimise campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness across IGâs marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and crossâfunctional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact.
- Be the goâto person for all things data and performance.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels.
- Provide insights on customer acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention.
- Support segmentation and targeting strategies with data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaign performance.
- Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data selfâservice.
- Be the POC for all data related questions on Marketing and have full ownership of the domain area.
What Youâll Need For This Role
- More than 5 years of analytics experience.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in building and maintaining data pipelines (tools like DBT, Airflow).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Optimizely, Amplitude, GA, etc).
- Experience running A/B tests and creating marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively and using insights to influence decision making.
- Experience working with visualisation tools (Looker).
