Your role in the Team
Internal Audit Assistant Manager will assist with running audits. You will be part of the global team, working across multiple locations and on various projects. You will be a key team member who will assist with running audits.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, fieldwork and reporting on the plans simpler and regulatory reviews.
- Support and develop junior team members.
- Support in complex audits by leading walkthroughs, identifying risks and controls, identifying and executing testing and testing approaches, raising observations to IA and business leadership, support in report writing.
- Manage issue and action closure.
- Cultivate strong relationships with group-wide stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of analytics activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest regulatory, policy and procedural requirements, proactively identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with first line and second line and operational risk teams.
