Your team
You’ll join one of IG’s fastest-growing divisions, working alongside IG Prime’s client-facing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for supporting both institutional and retail clients across the UK and European markets.
What you’ll do
- Assist the Institutional client service team in providing market-leading support to our European partners and underlying client base.
- Develop a deep understanding of the introducing broker relationships we have in place and their specific services.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of IG’s products and capabilities.
- Operating across the full sales cycle from first contact to ongoing support.
- Gathering information to understand the goals of our clients, explaining and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodities.
- Answering queries, resolving disputes and explaining complex financial products with clarity.
- Local office collaboration - working closely with our European offices in client support.
What you’ll need for this role
- Fluency in French is a must have (additional languages are an advantage).
- 1-2 years experience in sales/client service role with a strong interest in working in the financial services industry.
- A strong client focus and commercial attitude.
- Ability to build relationships with both financial institutions and individual retail clients.
