As a Journey Transformation Analyst, you\’ll be working directly alongside the Head of T&O Journey Transformation as a small core team, playing a pivotal role in establishing our journey intelligence capabilities from the ground up. You\’ll be instrumental in building our journey mapping standards and methodologies whilst taking ownership of translating our journey improvement insights into actionable technical requirements and user stories that drive delivery. This gives you significant exposure to both senior business stakeholders and technical teams as we diagnose user friction, design solutions, and guide their implementation across client and operational journeys.This role offers excellent exposure to the full breadth of our trading and investment business user journeys and the opportunity to directly contribute to transformation initiatives that remove friction and improve both client experience and operational efficiency. You care about our clients, and you are hungry to improve their user experience; You are a creative problem solver capable of innovating and thinking big.Essential Skills: Experience creating business process maps using BPMN notation Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) Strong understanding of swimlane diagrams and cross-functional process flows Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and process discovery sessions Experience writing clear business requirements and functional specifications Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools for technical delivery Ability to translate business process improvements into technical requirements Understanding of how process changes translate into system configuration or development needs Excellent attention to detail with ability to capture complex processes accurately Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Experience of working within the Finance sector and/or industries with similar complex customer journeys.Competitive salary & benefits plan Comprehensive global and local onboarding process – to the company and to your role
