Join our 12-month Future Leaders Programme, designed to fast-track the careers of exceptional graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for finance and technology.
Participants will rotate through various business functions and attend a month-long offsite training at a key IG location, gaining insights into our products and connecting with senior leaders. The program aims to develop a diverse talent pool across operations, technology, and commercial teams at IG.
Throughout the program, participants will experience hands-on learning in areas such as Dealing, Product, Risk, Compliance, Commercial AI, and Data Science. Mentorship and workshops will help cultivate leadership skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Participate in a one-month offsite training to learn about our products, services, business model, and leadership expectations.
- Engage in rotational assignments across departments for a holistic understanding of the business.
- Contribute to global strategic initiatives.
- Undertake curated training to develop commercial and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with fellow participants, senior leaders, and mentors for professional growth.
Who we look for:
Recent (or soon-to-be) graduates with a strong record of achievement, interested in a career in FinTech.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with complex problems and technical skills.
Commercial awareness, adaptability, resilience, team-oriented, and proactive.
Eligibility requirements:
- Graduates with up to 3 years of experience or expected graduation in 2025.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics, or similar.
- First professional experience via work, internships, or student organizations.
- Interest in financial markets and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership potential and initiative.
- Willingness to travel.
- Basic coding experience.
