Financial Controller - UK regulated entities

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our global Finance Control team, responsible for ensuring financial integrity and accurate reporting to support the company's growth and stability.

Your role in the Team: This role is crucial for delivering financial insights and maintaining robust controls, impacting business performance. As Financial Controller, you will work closely with our Finance Center of Excellence in Krakow to ensure the integrity of financial information for UK regulated entities, support business decisions, and oversee compliance with FCA CASS regulations. Your leadership will be key in maintaining regulatory standards and supporting our business goals. The role reports to the Head of Group Reporting and is supported by two team members.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the UK Financial Control team to improve processes and oversee operations by the Finance Center of Excellence in Krakow.
• Manage daily financial operations and controls over reporting for UK-regulated entities.
• Oversee external financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and liaising with auditors.
• Supervise daily client money and asset segregation calculations, review regulatory returns, and represent the UK entities at the Client Money and Asset Committee.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners for analysis and support in budgeting and forecasting.
• Work with the Finance Change team on process improvements and project delivery.
