Your team

You’ll join one of IG’s fastest-growing divisions, working alongside IG Prime’s client-facing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for supporting both institutional and retail clients across the UK and European markets.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Institutional client service team in providing market-leading support to our European partners & underlying client base
  • Develop a deep understanding of the introducing broker relationships we have in place & their specific services
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of IG’s products & capabilities
  • Operating across the full sales cycle from first contact to ongoing support
  • Gathering information to understand the goals of our clients, explaining and tailoring solutions to meet those needs
  • Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodities
  • Answering queries, resolving disputes & explain complex financial products with clarity
  • Local office collaboration - working closely with our European offices in client support

What you’ll need for this role

  • Fluency in French is a must have (additional languages are an advantage)
  • 1-2 years experience in sales/client service role with a strong interest in working in the financial services industry
  • A strong client focus & commercial attitude
  • Ability to build relationships with both financial institutions & individual retail clients
