The Opportunity: As we accelerate our transformation to unlocking the potential of UK investors, we’re looking for a detail-orientated and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to play a key role in shaping how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base.
What you’ll do:
- Set up, traffic, and monitor digital advertising campaigns using Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Generate, implement, and troubleshoot floodlight tags, creatives, and tracking pixels across multiple platforms.
- Manage and QA tag implementation through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Collaborate with the Senior Media Lead to support campaign launches and optimisations.
- Build automated reports using Funnel.io and Looker Studio, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.
- Assist with tracking and attribution for mobile app campaigns using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer.
- Maintain documentation and processes for campaign trafficking and QA.
What you’ll need for this role:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an ad operations or digital campaign trafficking role.
- Proficient in Campaign Manager 360 for ad trafficking, tag creation, and floodlight configuration.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager for tag deployment and management.
- Exposure to Funnel.io, Supermetrics, or similar tools to aggregate data into Looker Studio dashboards.
- Understanding of digital media tracking, attribution, and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong QA skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Direct Buys, Programmatic, or DSP platforms (DV360, etc.).
- Awareness of brand safety tools and data compliance considerations.
- Experience working with creative tools (Celtra, Smartly, etc.).
