Your team
IG\’s data and analytics team develops and implements data strategies to foster business growth, operational efficiency, and better decision-making.
Your role in the team’s success
Lead IG\’s data and analytics functions, developing strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and decision-making organization-wide.
What you\’ll do
- Define and execute IG\’s data strategy, governance, and analytics roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Oversee development and maintenance of data infrastructure, pipelines, and tools.
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Establish data governance policies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for growth and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to implement analytics solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
What you\’ll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong background in data science, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Experience building and scaling data teams and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in financial services.
- Strong technical skills with experience in modern data stack technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
