Overview of the role
The People & Culture Senior Specialist is the operational engine of business partnering, employee relations, recruitment delivery and workforce planning at IFX. Working closely with the People & Culture Senior Manager, the Senior Specialist translates strategy into day -to-day delivery: managing ER cases end -to-end, partnering directly with managers, owning recruitment delivery for the business alongside the Talent Operations Associate, and applying the job levelling framework consistently as the organisation grows.
