The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process across the business. This role ensures operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition function by managing recruitment administration, maintaining ATS accuracy, coordinating interviews, and supporting the TA Partner and hiring managers. By taking ownership of core operational tasks, the TA Associate enables the TA Partner to focus on strategic hiring, headhunting, and senior level stakeholder engagement. The role will also lead the development and delivery of our Graduate Recruitment Programme, building a sustainable early career talent pipeline.
Recruitment Operations & Administration
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Prepare job postings and ensure consistent employer branding across platforms.
- Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports (pipeline, time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Support hiring managers with system training, process guidance, and best practice recruitment behaviours.
- Conduct initial CV screening for junior and high-volume roles.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.
- Maintain documentation, guides, and training materials for hiring managers.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication.
- Provide a smooth, professional, and inclusive candidate journey.
- Gather candidate feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the wider People & Culture team with employer branding initiatives, such as the maintenance of our careers page and social media channels.
Graduate Recruitment and Early Careers
- Design and deliver a structured Graduate Recruitment Programme.
- Build relationships with universities, student groups, and early career networks.
- Coordinate assessment centres, internship programmes, and onboarding for graduates.
- Coordinate with the marketing function to produce materials and campaigns targeting early career talent.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Some experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or early career hiring (inhouse or agency) preferable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
- Interest in employer branding, early career development, or talent marketing.
