The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for IFX Payments’ products and features. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, acting as the single source of truth for all product-related content and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact across all customer-facing materials. You will enable Sales with compelling, competitive, and practical content, drive product adoption through structured customer feedback, and lead all GTM activity for product and feature launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Outbound Content: Create, maintain, and continuously improve outbound sales battlecards, pitch decks, and objection-handling materials to directly support sales calls. Partner closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to ensure enablement content is practical, concise, and aligned with real-world sales conversations. Equip Sales with customer-facing content that clearly communicates value propositions, use cases, and differentiation.
- Competitive Intelligence & Positioning: Own regular competitor research, including market trends, pricing and feature comparisons. Translate competitive insights into clear positioning, sales guidance, and internal recommendations. Ensure IFX Payments’ products are consistently positioned effectively against competitors across all channels.
- Product Content Ownership & Governance: Act as the go‑to person for all product‑related content, validating accuracy and ensuring consistency with product strategy and roadmap. Provide oversight and governance to ensure cohesion across messaging, tone, and value propositions for all products and features. Partner with Product Management to deeply understand functionality, roadmap priorities, and customer pain points.
- Product Collateral Creation & Maintenance: Own the creation, updating, and management of all product collateral, including but not limited to: Product one‑pagers, Website product pages, Case studies and solution briefs, FAQs and internal enablement documentation.
- Customer Feedback & Adoption Insights: Design, launch, and own a customer feedback program to understand: Product adoption and usage, Customer satisfaction and unmet needs, Opportunities for future development focus. Digest insights to produce clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Plan and own end‑to‑end GTM strategies for product and feature launches at IFX Payments. Define launch objectives, target audiences, messaging, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure smooth, impactful launches. Support post‑launch enablement and adoption efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager (or similar role) in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Strong background in sales enablement alongside outbound and website focused content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply competitive and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into compelling narratives.
- Experience owning GTM launches for products or major features.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- A true team player with a winning mentality and strong work ethic committed to continuous improvement and high performance.
- Adaptable, tenacious and flexible who can perform under pressure.
