IFX Payments in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Banking and FX tribe, owning payment processing, FX pricing and trading, the ledger, reconciliation, bank integrations, FIX engine connectivity, payment compliance and the client portal.
You will manage six to eight engineers and own the tribe's delivery and OKRs, collaborating with product, design and stakeholders to translate client problems into shipped software; while remaining hands-on to review code and guide decisions.
