Adam Dowling \n Description\n Overview of the role\n IFX Payments is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead and scale our fintech growth strategy across the UK market.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, designing high‑performing commercial frameworks, and building scalable go‑to‑market strategies across FX, international payments, PSP and MSB partnerships, and embedded fintech solutions. \n The successful candidate will bring a strong track record within regulated financial services, with expertise spanning sales leadership, commercial structuring, onboarding optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Working closely with Finance, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, the Commercial Director will play a critical role in delivering sustainable, compliant growth while enhancing the customer journey and strengthening IFX Payments’ position within the fintech ecosystem. \n Key Responsibilities\n Commercial Strategy & Go‑to‑Market Execution\n \n
- Develop and execute the commercial and go‑to‑market strategy for fintech, PSP, and MSB solutions across FI, NBFI, payment provider segments. \n
- Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth and market expansion. \n
- Design scalable sales and distribution strategies aligned with company objectives and regulated market requirements. \n
- Lead commercial planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting to ensure consistent target achievement. \n
