About the Role
As a client‑focused business, you’ll be working within the sales and marketing team on a daily basis and be responsible for working with the Marketing Director to handle inbound and outbound enquiries and project leads. You’ll be required to confidently engage and effectively converse with key‑decision makers and technical staff at target organisations. New leads will then be distributed to the sales team to convert into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Director to handle inbound and outbound enquiries and project leads.
- Confidently engage and effectively converse with key decision‑makers and technical staff at target organisations.
- Distribute new leads to the sales team for conversion into projects.
- Develop business through B2B marketing activities, including social media posting, website editing, email marketing and content creation.
- Support the Marketing Director and wider sales team with presentation materials, administration and organisation.
- Input captured customer data and ensure accurate entry in the company CRM.
Essential Requirements
- Confidence with a can‑do and self‑motivational attitude.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Excellent written English.
- A capability to work towards KPI’s.
- Ability to work as part of a growing team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Internet proficiency for uploading and downloading documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
- A background or experience in B2B Marketing / Business Studies.
- A degree in any of the above subjects or a similar discipline.

Additional Information
- Work schedule of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with on‑site parking available.
