The Senior Deal Desk Specialist supports the regional Sales organization in all aspects of the Quote-to-Close process. Acting as a trusted business partner, the role ensures deals are structured correctly to maximize and optimize our revenue, comply with IFS policies, and are executed efficiently. This position is execution-focused, supporting opportunity management, pricing, approvals, and contract documentation across Europe. As part of a global team, this role may be required to support deals in other regions (e.g. North America, Europe or Asia Pacific).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage assigned business opportunities to ensure timely submissions and efficient processing.
  • Support Sales with product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Draft and review deal documentation and approvals (e.g., DARs, Order Forms).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines (ASC606 / IFRS15).
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Business Operations on deal-specific questions.
  • Assist with the interpretation of existing contractual documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Deal Desk (software/SaaS preferred).
  • Solid understanding of software licensing models (subscription, SaaS, hosting, perpetual).
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles (ASC606, IFRS15).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
