As Senior HRBP, Europe West, you’ll set the tone for HR delivery across UK & Ireland and Benelux, and work at the heart of leadership decision-making with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a trusted, high‑impact advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership, bringing strong commercial credibility within sales and pre‑sales environments
- Translate global and regional HR strategies into local execution.
- Collaborate effectively with Global HRBP’s to ensure global strategies are executed locally.
- Business Partnering
- Embed deep, credible partnerships across the business to drive real outcomes — not just advice
- Lead across the full HR agenda: ER, workforce planning, talent, hiring, and executive coaching
- Bring a strong commercial lens to challenge, influence, and shape workforce decisions
- High‑Performance Culture
- Drive a high‑performance culture through leadership enablement and performance processes.
- Ensure continuous education on Aspire 2 Thrive framework.
- Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
- Support Works Councils and Unions, ensuring compliant practices
- Mitigate legal exposure in HR‑related litigation
- Talent Acquisition, Management & Succession Planning
- Partner with Talent COE on talent mapping and succession planning.
- Support activities which really drive rapid talent acquisition
- Help to assist with workforce planning and development
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR Business Partners/Generalists
- Drive the HR team to ensure that HR is seen as added value, collaborative and business focused. Pro‑active and responsive to ensure we support the business goals.
- Set clear expectations round performance, judgment and stakeholder management
- Lead delivery of core HR processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure collaboration with COE’s and that they are educated on activities on the ground so that they have greater impact.
Qualifications
- Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as Snr HRBP/ HR Manager ideally in a fast moving technology company
- Strong stakeholder influence and commercial awareness.
- Management of small team of HR professionals
- Matrix/global organisation
- Strong ER background including Works Councils.
- Multi‑country HR leadership experience.
- Knowledge of European labour legislation.
