We're looking for an exceptional leader to build and lead the next generation Product & Engineering Enablement function. This is not a traditional Product Operations role. It is an opportunity to redefine how a modern Product, Engineering and Platform organisation operates in an AI-enabled world. Reporting to the COO, Product and Customer, you will design and continuously evolve the operating system that enables our teams to perform at their best.
You'll combine technology, data, AI, operating model and commercial thinking to create an environment where teams can focus on delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes. You will be equally comfortable shaping strategy with senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves to build new capabilities, modernise existing services and lead transformation.
- Create and deliver a clear vision for Product & Engineering Enablement aligned to organisational priorities.
- Shape the future operating model by identifying opportunities to simplify, modernise and automate how teams work.
- Champion an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent automation and data-driven decision making into everyday ways of working.
- Lead the strategy, governance and evolution of the tooling landscape supporting Product, Engineering and Platform teams.
- Develop product data and insight capabilities that empower teams to make better decisions.
- Accelerate the responsible adoption of AI across Product, Engineering and Platform.
- Establish effective governance and optimisation of technology spend.
- Own the continuous evolution of how Product, Engineering and Platform teams operate.

Qualifications: You'll be an experienced builder who has successfully created or transformed enablement capabilities within a modern digital organisation. Significant leadership experience across Product Operations, Product Enablement or Product Platform functions. A strong understanding of modern Product Management, Engineering and Platform practices. Experience designing operating models and improving organisational effectiveness. Expertise in product tooling, workflow automation and platform enablement. Experience establishing data and insight capabilities that move beyond reporting into decision support. Strong commercial acumen, including technology FinOps, cloud cost optimisation or SaaS portfolio management. Practical experience introducing AI into products, processes or ways of working. Excellent stakeholder management, with the credibility to influence leaders across Product, Engineering, Platform, Technology and Finance.
