About the Role
Are you an experienced EAM Implementation Consultant who thrives on delivering complete software solutions to customers, not just maintaining systems? At Ultimo, we’re looking for a hands‑on consultant with strong technical and functional understanding of Enterprise Asset Management who can lead implementations, run customer workshops, and configure solutions that deliver real business value. You will work directly with UK and international clients to implement and optimise Ultimo’s EAM software, usually across one or two plants per project. This is not an internal system support or key‑user position; it’s a consulting delivery role, where you’ll collaborate with project teams to bring best practices to life in our flexible platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end EAM software implementations, from requirements analysis to go‑live.
- Conduct professional workshops with client stakeholders to define asset structures, maintenance models, and reliability strategies.
- Configure Ultimo’s EAM solution using our powerful configuration tools and integrations.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Advise customers on maintenance best practices, asset management frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000), and process optimisation.
- Train users and support go‑live and post‑implementation handover.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across consulting, product development, and support.
Why Ultimo?
At Ultimo, we help leading companies achieve operational excellence through smarter asset management. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive international team where innovation and knowledge sharing are key. We offer:
- Flexible hybrid work (home, office, and customer site)
- Around 20% travel to customer locations
- A comprehensive onboarding programme and buddy system
- Opportunities for professional growth and international project experience
If you’re ready to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running as an EAM implementation consultant, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to join our growing Ultimo team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience delivering EAM/CMMS implementations (e.g., Ultimo, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, IFS, Infor EAM).
- Proven consulting experience, comfortable running workshops, managing clients, and juggling multiple projects.
- Strong functional understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability processes.
- Solid technical foundation: SQL, databases, configuration, and ideally some API or integration exposure.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly and confidently with UK customers.
- Professional presence and the ability to engage at both operational and management levels.
- Self‑driven, solution‑oriented, and able to deliver results independently.
- You are legally allowed to work in the UK (we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship).
