Job Description
- Campaign Ownership & Demand Creation: Own and execute NxB-led marketing campaigns that position Nexus Black as the leading industrial AI provider built for the people who keep the world running. Translate product launches, customer proof points, and NxB's market narrative into clear, executable GTM campaigns across Resolve {field service and maintenance}, Comply {compliance}, and Flow {manufacturing}. Drive inbound and net-new demand in both a standalone capacity and in collaboration with central IFS demand, digital, and regional marketing teams. Prioritise campaign development based on pipeline gaps, regional targets, industry focus areas {energy, utilities, aerospace, manufacturing, asset-intensive industries}, and product milestones. Flex from creative concept development to email and landing page marketing copy, A/B test, and measurement and analytics reporting. Prepare campaign overview decks and consistently report on results to leadership.
- AI-First Marketing Infrastructure: Partner with the Head of Marketing to architect and operate an AI-first marketing stack - one where AI tools aren't bolted on but are the default way work gets done. Become proficient in Claude Cowork for executing multi-step marketing workflows: research synthesis, content assembly, campaign reporting, and recurring operational tasks. Goal: use it daily to compress what used to take a week into a working session. Become proficient in Claude Design for rapid visual production to supplement design agency output: campaign assets, landing page prototypes, one-pagers, pitch decks, and social content as needed. Evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities as they ship. The infrastructure isn't static: you'll help decide what gets adopted, what gets retired, and help advise how each tool should connect to our broader HubSpot/CRM ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing to convert product positioning, customer use cases, and proof points into external-facing, compelling messaging. Serve as the bridge between strategic objectives and execution, ensuring teams are prioritised, informed, and equipped to deliver against business goals. Monitor execution progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Work with sales, BDRs, and solution teams to ensure customer-facing teams are empowered with campaign assets to support their outreach, from ABM plays to videos, collateral, webinar invites, and beyond. Align with central IFS marketing to ensure Nexus Black is consistently represented as IFS's strategic, differentiated industrial AI capability.
- Content, Operations & Optimization: Own creation of high-impact content and assets that explain industrial AI in terms that resonate with field service leaders, maintenance engineers, plant managers, and operations executives - not just general techy and AI audiences. Operate directly within HubSpot, managing campaigns, attribution, reporting, and optimization. Analyse campaign performance against KPIs including pipeline contribution, marketing-influenced revenue, and conversion metrics, continuously refining execution.
- Web, Digital & Market Presence: Help own and evolve nexusblack.com, from content planning, to driving traffic, A/B testing and optimization, and converting. Collaborate with AEO/SEO and digital teams to improve discoverability and relevance for key terms across predictive maintenance, field service AI, compliance automation, and manufacturing intelligence, and more! Get comfortable learning the CMS for on-site updates as needed.
- Budget and Vendors: Manage ongoing budget tracking and vendor invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Why This Role Matters
This role directly supports NxB's mission to lead the market in enterprise-grade industrial AI. The Campaign Marketing Manager ensures that NxB’s differentiation and vision translates into market demand, sales momentum, and measurable pipeline impact. And: this person will help build what an AI-first marketing team actually looks like in practice. Not the conference-talk version. The real one - where the infrastructure, the workflows, and the daily operating rhythm are designed around what AI can do today to help our small but mighty team!
Qualifications
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and able to navigate a matrix organization to leverage direction and support required.
- Skilled relationship builder with exceptional polish; team player with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with internal/external customers.
- Ability to act with tact and discretion and a sense of humour.
- Be resourceful and reliable in the identification of solutions and handling of complex situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business level command of English as well as appropriate local language for the market within which the role is based.
