We're hiring an Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition across a mixed commercial territory. This is a true hunting role focused on creating opportunities, building relationships, and winning new customers.

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Own new business acquisition across a defined commercial territory
- Build and execute targeted account plans
- Create pipeline through outbound prospecting and market engagement
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Lead consultative sales conversations with operational, technical, and commercial stakeholders
- Conduct discovery and position Ultimo's value against business challenges
- Manage opportunities from first conversation through to close
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer teams
