We\’re seeking a versatile and engaging IT Trainer to support a major program rollout. You\’ll combine traditional classroom-style and virtual delivery with modern digital learning methods to ensure our people are confident, capable, and ready to succeed. Your role will span training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation, bringing creativity and innovation to how we enable learning across the organization. What You\’ll Do Training Needs Analysis & Design
- Partner with program managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs.
- Design learning plans that blend live sessions with self-paced and digital content.
- Adapt materials to suit diverse learning styles and geographies.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual classroom training for employees at all levels.
