Intelligent Finishing Systems Ltd (IFS) are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Post Press Equipment and Systems, exclusively representing the world-renowned HORIZON range of high-tech on-demand print finishing machines, with solutions for all key print finishing processes.
A career orientated Print Finishing expert is sought by IFS to join the expanding Team of specialist Technicians to undertake technical support work, machine installations, operator training and sales demonstrations.
This wonderful opportunity to join the IFS Tech Team would enable you to use your expertise and knowledge of print finishing in a very fulfilling career. It will practically involve the following:
- Installations: Working with the team to undertake brand new machine assembly, initial start, testing and running, before hand over.
- Training: After installation undertaking on-site operator training and handover.
- Demonstrations: Working with the sales team to undertake sales demonstrations in the showroom or at customer premises, presenting machines to prospective new customers.
- Technical Support: Supporting the Tech Team with trouble shooting, dealing with customer technical enquiries, some repair and service support work.
- Exhibitions and events: From time to time, you will be involved working with the team at events, including DRUPA, to demonstrate the machines.
- Representation: Courtesy visits to existing customers and general installation follow up visits.
