IFS is seeking a hands-on Director of AI Transformation to redesign the Commercial Finance deal review process with agentic AI and intelligent automation. You will partner with Commercial Finance, Sales Operations and IT to embed AI into target CRM/ERP workflows, replacing manual and spreadsheet-driven reviews.
You will lead the AI/automation strategy, drive adoption, and ensure governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles are embedded across regions.
