What you'll own:
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Own new business acquisition across a defined commercial territory
- Build and execute targeted account plans
- Create pipeline through outbound prospecting and market engagement
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Lead consultative sales conversations with operational, technical, and commercial stakeholders
- Conduct discovery and position Ultimo's value against business challenges
- Manage opportunities from first conversation through to close
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer teams

Experience selling into operational, industrial, logistics, facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments is advantageous but not essential. Sales capability, curiosity, and commercial drive matter most.
