Overview
Status: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Purpose: The HR Data Analyst will focus on data reporting and analysis, drawing insights from various data sources to support strategic workforce planning. The analyst will ensure robust data integrity and support HR processes within the Foundation. This position aims to support the strategic initiative of enhancing HR Service Quality through standardised reporting, data governance via systems improvement, and providing data input for ongoing strategic projects throughout the 12-month period.
Responsibilities
- Data, reporting & compliance: Produce and maintain HR dashboards and reports to aid in strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements in data handling and reporting. Support data privacy initiatives by following established protocols. Maintenance of HR Database / cleansing HRIS DATA LED - data quality.
- Compensation & benefits analysis: Assist in global role benchmarking activities and maintain basic job architecture data. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyse data, and assist in creating reports to support compensation planning. Assist in managing the employee pay components and benefits lifecycle, including coordination of enrolment processes and vendor communication.
- HRIS support: Provide administrative support for the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining system procedures. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot system issues under guidance and maintain data integrity across core modules. Contribute to the documentation and distribution of user guides and training materials.
Required experience
- Degree or extensive experience in a related field such as Data Science; experience in an HR Department is an advantage.
- High proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools; comfort with system configuration and workflows. Power BI is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HR benchmarking tools and participation in external reward surveys.
- Proven experience of managing workflows and setting up dashboards in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors); HiBob is an advantage.
- Strong analytical background with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ideally experience working in a multinational or complex organisational environment.
