Duration: This is a fixed‑term position, full‑time role to cover parental leave. Expected duration approximately 7.5 months. Projected start mid‑February 2026, end September 2026.
Reports to: Director of Earned Revenue
Works with: Earned revenue and Contributed revenue, ISSB Engagement, ISSB Education and Communications teams
Job purpose: As the Director of Product, you’ll oversee product management for all IFRS Earned Revenue product offerings. You will manage a team of 5 product managers to refine product‑market fit, grow new customers, and strengthen current client relationships. You will set strategy and roadmap for all IFRS products, prioritise competing priorities, track renewal rates, and feed product development with renewal trends.
Principle accountabilities
- Lead overall product development, growth, and delivery.
- Manage internal and external resources to maintain existing IFRS Earned Revenue products profitably.
- Drive revenue growth by balancing retention of renewal‑based customers and expansion of product offerings.
- Analyse markets to evolve our Earned Revenue offerings with strong product‑market fit.
- Collect, document, analyse, and report feedback from IFRS products to improve future offerings.
- Oversee use of Salesforce to grow earned revenue and maintain existing relationships.
- Ensure products delivered meet client expectations and new clients receive necessary support.
- Work with Product Marketing to position Earned Revenue products for maximum awareness.
- Manage B2B product renewal process and analysis for key programs, including Customer Renewal Manager role.
- Lead design of IFRS content licensing product offering and manage roadmap, ensuring interoperability across Sustainability and Accounting product offerings and a unified experience across all product lines.

- Advanced product management expertise and leading a product management team delivering efficient services with accurate tracking and project completion.
- Preferred experience in licensing, software development, membership management, and educational products.
- Strong track record managing large, cross‑functional projects, especially technology‑related ones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Service‑oriented, strategic, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Results‑driven, produces quality outcomes quickly.
- Flexible and enthusiastic in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with ESG/sustainability and accounting practices preferred; willingness to learn considered valuable.
