The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspiring Learning Mentor to provide cover for teachers, supervise and support our pupils.
The post requires someone with:
- Experience of supporting pupils as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or very experienced Teaching Assistant within a school setting
- Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
- Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
- Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
- Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
