Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Provide operational support to the Shift Supervisor.
Deputize for the Shift Supervisor during periods of absence.
Act as a role model for Warehouse Colleagues, demonstrating company core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training for new and existing staff.
- Support stock receipt, pallet build, put-away and despatch operations.
- Support returned customer order processing to meet SLA targets.
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
- Maintain stock integrity and accuracy.
- Support staffing and efficiency planning.
- Develop team members and support succession planning.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and solve operational challenges.
