Your job duties will include but not be limited to the following
Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.
- Manage and motivate the team, ensuring productivity is achieved.
- Develop and train all team members so their contributions can be maximized.
- Carry out daily briefings to keep the team updated with relevant information.
- Ensure all areas of the warehouse comply with the Company’s Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
- Ensure shift performance is achieved.
- Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts and conduct validations to ensure accuracy, avoid stockouts – and maintain efficient and safe storage of goods.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages or damages, updating stock information on the computer system and warehouse WMS.
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile; ensure the correct amount of product is picked, built correctly and safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
