We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our site. This role is crucial in ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key part in supporting site operations, maintaining records, and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily absence and attendance reporting (including AWOL tracking)
- Maintain agency trackers and fire registers to ensure accurate attendance records
- Provide administrative support including note‑taking in meetings
- Update communication boards with announcements, KPIs, and job adverts
- Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems
- Administer LMS systems and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Process new starter documentation, including right to work checks
- Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
- Manage site access permissions
- Support inductions for employees and contractors
- Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance
- Track holidays, appraisals, and 1:1 reviews
Qualifications:
- Experienced in an administrative role (essential)
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy skills
- A team player who builds strong working relationships
- Experience within logistics or warehousing is advantageous but not essential.
