We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to scale infrastructure, accelerate time to market, enhance security and compliance, as our primary goal is to deliver financial services reliably, securely, and efficiently in a highly competitive market.
Experience & Domain Knowledge- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using code.
- Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performance.
- Handling incidents, troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measures.
- Ensuring systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilities.
- Participate in on-call rotations ensuring system availability.
- Collaboration and participation in the product life cycle, working closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strong sense of ownership for systems and service reliability.
- 5+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environment.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, Jenkins.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs).
- Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observability.
- Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines.
- Experience with Linux.
- Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
- Experience in the Financial Technology sector.
