Join our enthusiastic manufacturing team with permanent roles for long term careers. You have the opportunity to work at a world class manufacturing site, with an investment of over £50 million in advanced manufacturing machinery, including Robotic Welders, Automated Fibre Laser Profiling, Vertical Turning Centres, Turret Punching Machines, CNC Press Brakes.
Working as part of the Materials Management team, your role as a FLT driver will involve the safe operation of a Fork Lift truck, to carefully transport a variety of valuable materials, across the entire manufacturing site. Your role will involve the vigilant unloading of a wide variety of materials, the feeding of materials to various work areas and the accurate despatching from site of completed components. You will be expected to build up significant product and component knowledge, be responsible for stock accuracy and stock checks and you will work as part of a highly motivated team to keep all aspects of the site materials flowing.
