About the Company
As a busy manufacturer producing a variety of highly demanded products made at our manufacturing sites in Cynwyd, Corwen, Deeside, Sandycroft and Boundary Park, North Wales, we are looking for capable and effective individuals to deliver a top-quality Purchasing service to the rest of the business.
About the Role
This is an ‘In Person’ role, providing commercial Purchasing expertise to 5 advanced manufacturing sites in North Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Can you competitively source specified engineering materials from global suppliers?
- Can you competitively source a variety of services needed to support the smooth running of a fast-moving manufacturing environment?
- Can you ensure that all specified supply parameters are contractually agreed and delivered by our Suppliers, to match the needs of our Assembly lines?
- Can you negotiate commercial deals that deliver commercial and supply results aligned with our core business objectives?

Required Skills:
- The ability to confidently communicate the business’ technical material and service needs to a wide variety of Suppliers.

- The ability to act rapidly and autonomously to successfully resolve any commercial issues that prevent the delivery of material to achieve the business objectives.
